STARKBULL offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, order, and shipping weight. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Personalized or customized products may require additional processing time depending on the customization and order quantity.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, and shipping method.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, orders are generally delivered within 4–10 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays.
Personalized products, larger orders, or deliveries to certain international destinations may take longer.
If your order contains products with different processing or delivery times, the order may be shipped together. In this case, the estimated dispatch time may be based on the product requiring the longest processing time.
International Orders, Customs & Import Charges
Orders may be dispatched from our international manufacturing or fulfilment locations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where such charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures may occasionally affect delivery times.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Delivery to P.O. boxes may not be available. Please provide a complete street address when placing your order to help ensure successful delivery.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become available or update.
