SECTION 4 – PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Selected STARKBULL products can be personalized or made according to customer specifications.

Personalization may include names, individual text, company or organization names, customer-provided logos, custom patches or other customer-requested specifications.

You are responsible for checking the spelling, wording, numbers, logo files, colours and other personalization information you provide before submitting your order.

Personalized or custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges where an applicable exception for personalized or made-to-specification goods applies.

Personalized orders may also become non-cancellable once customization or production has started.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOMER-PROVIDED TEXT, LOGOS & DESIGNS

If you provide STARKBULL with text, names, logos, graphics, artwork or other materials for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce those materials for your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer-provided personalization does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

SECTION 6 – PRICES & PAYMENTS

Product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency shown for your selected market or location.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed or communicated where required.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and account information for purchases made through our store.

• We cannot fulfil the requested personalization

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund where required.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

STARKBULL offers worldwide shipping.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized or custom-made products may require additional processing time.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, delivery is generally estimated at 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances.

International orders may be dispatched from international manufacturing or fulfilment locations.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard, non-personalized products may be returnable within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy and where applicable under consumer law.

Personalized or custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges where the applicable personalized-goods exception applies.
